Domestic Shipments
Domestic items will be shipped UPS. Most shipments take between 3-7 business days. Products over 100 lbs will be shipped via Common Carrier truck freight.

Insurance
Items with $100+ value: the end user is fully responsible for insurance unless a written insurance request has been received by PlanITROI. It is recommended that all items be insured to protect the end user. Items shipped without insurance are done at the buyer's risk and PlanITROI assumes no liability for any damaged, lost, or misdirected packages. 

Address Verification
PayPal and Credit Card customers: please note that all items will be shipped to the confirmed credit card address only. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Packaging
